James M Handlin 2008-06-22 until 2008-06-23	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani It was a nice enough hotel, but not as nice as I expected. I checked in and there were no towels in the bathroom. I was hot from traveling and wanted a shower. It took three phone calls and over 20 minutes before towels were delivered. Other than that it was OK. Breakfast was marginal in taste. A lot of variety, but nothing that I wanted to eat. I probably would not go back to this hotel unless the other two hotels were full.	It was fine.
Frank van Zwieten 2008-06-21 until 2008-06-23	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Good Hotel, little bit old inside, but for me inportant hot shower, clean room, very quite aircondition and it works very good. Just near a big mall with plenty off shops, even open on Sunday. Stayed there a few days to visited some friends. Is alright for some days heard from mine friends Hotel is bought by france group and will be complete renovated in the next year.	Good servive, key at the desk was waiting for me. Had no problems it is easy and helpfull if you are at the other side off the world during booking
Ernest William Draper 2008-06-17 until 2008-06-30	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Very nice hotel, situated close to everything you need to enjoy your stay. Right next to major shopping complex with anything and everything, night market and transportation. Had a senior suite which was big, comfortable and very relaxing. Room was clean and modern, cleaned when we asked and very quiet. If we had one very minor dissapointment, it was that reception staff very rarely had a welcoming smile when contacted and perhaps the breakfast menu for foreigners could be expanded to cater for more selection. Other than that they were very helpful. The hotel had an excellent foyer which greets you with a very serene atmosphere. I will be staying there again when I return. Overall, excellent value for money.	This is the second time I have used sawadee.com and will definately be using them again. The service was extremely fast, accurate and concise. I also found the rates for the hotel were cheaper than going through conventional travel agents. I would recommend sawadee.com to anyone. Great service again...Thankyou so much.
Gregory David Egan 2008-06-16 until 2008-06-29	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Value for money is OK in aown that doesnt have many reasonable hotels. Two problems - breakfast caters mainly for Asian visitors e.g. no cereal for westerners, and the front of house staff never smile or joke - a very sour lot!	Booking lost by hotel but quickly remedied by Sawadee with one phone call. Service great as usual.
David Strachan 2008-05-23 until 2008-05-25	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Stayed at this hotel for 2 days. It is an older type hotel, well located in Udon Thani, not expensive and very comfortable. The check in was fantastic, some hotels in Thailand make you suffer at check in, but this one facilitated the check in procedure very smoothly. I like that. I loved the foyer - Japanese Koi pond was really nice. Restaurant and breakfast satisfactory. The staff at this hotel are excellent. Very courteous, polite, happy and helpful. Would stay there again.	Well organised and efficient. No problems at all.

Mr.Anthony R Scalpelli 2008-04-25 until 2008-04-27	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani This is my 5th stay at The Charoensri Grand Royal hotel in 4 years. And as always, the hotel and it s staff were very good. I would recomend it to anyone traveling to northern Thailand on business or pleasure.	This was my fifth booking with sawasdee.com. I ve never had a problem in the past, so I didn t look too closely at my reservation confirmation. I always get a room with a single king size bed. But when we checked in we were given a room with twin beds in it. When I called the front desk they told me all of the king size bedrooms were full until the next day. It was then that I looked closer at my booking paper and saw that it was a deluxe twin room that was booked. So since we were only staying 2 days we stayed in the twin room. I understand sawasdee.com probably deals with thousands of customers every year. But I would think there would be a red flag when a regular customers booking is different from many previous ones. Either, was there a mistake made on your booking, or, this is all we had available for your first nights stay. I think 4 identicle bookings in 3yrs should warrant some kind of question or explaination of change in the pattern.
John Theodore Armet 2008-04-14 until 2008-04-20	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Great Hotel. Right next to the mall. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful.The service was great. The Breakfest was very good with a good selection. Good size rooms and they were very clean and in good selection. Will stay there again.	The booking service was excellent.
