Kevin Robert Brewster 2008-06-25 until 2008-07-04	Sunshine Hotel & Residences, South Pattaya Fantastic hotel.My second stay and for sure, not my last.Great location, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.Would certainly recommend to anyone.	Sawadee is the best anywhere. They confirm very quickly, and are efficient,no problem whatsoever.Great job.

Hotel is very old and smelly .Bath rooms do not have tub so when one takes shower it become a swamp. Shower spout is always of the hook and it takes few minutes to get hot water if you have rooms on upper floors. The reception people are freindly. I do not recommand this hotel . I recommand Sawsadee Sea view Hotel at sio 10 but get Superior room.	The best in Thailand

Alastair Wise 2008-06-04 until 2008-06-17	Sunshine Hotel & Residences, South Pattaya great hotel, in a great location right in the centre of soi 8 nightlife. friendly staff, and guest friendly. have stayed there 5 times already ,and will be back again in january. rooms in the new residence are bit newer and better value for money. recomended.

Peter 2008-05-28 until 2008-06-11	Sunshine Hotel & Residences, South Pattaya The Hotel is fine you get what you pay for had to reject the first room as it was horrible with one tiny window no view. It does get a lot of street noise at night and the walls are thin so you do hear night time activities! But all in all no pom pem.

Front staff especially competent.	I ended up staying 6 WEEKS (!) and extended my two week stay twice. Ms. Koi kindly helped me with the extensions, for which I thank her.
