The service at Hotel s reception is unacceptable. She did not have service mind at all. When I arrive there the reception said that she did not have my booking data then she cannot open room for me. Even I show her a voucher she said that I book with agency I did not book with Fairtex then she cannot take responsibility. And she never show her attitude or service mind at all to help solve customer s problem. It s seem like my fault that I book with agency not booking directly with Fairtex. I try to contact Sawasdee but it s 10 pm already then I cannot get help from Sawasdee. I have to ask for her manager number and dial from my own mobile phone to contact her manager. After this the problem can be solved. |
Sawasdee must have 24 hr. hotline service or atleast post emergency contact number. If customer have issue after 9 pm they will know who can help |
